Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see below).
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Pet beds, litter boxes, and grooming tools that have been opened
Perishable goods (e.g., pet food or treats)
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a faulty item, contact us at support@petglade.store within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
