Shipping Policy

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Although orders are typically processed within a 1-3 day time frame, please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (i.e., if you order on Monday, you can expect the order to be shipped by Friday at the latest). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail.

Kindly note that your order could in some cases be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete address, or if there are unverified details with your order. Therefore, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

TRACKING INFORMATION

We provide tracking information for most packages once they have been shipped via e-mail.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 3-5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at our customer support e-mail.

Please note that international tracking updates can take 3-5 business days to reflect movement once the package is in transit.

NOTE: In some rare cases, packages shipped internationally may not be assigned a separate tracking number if shipping was chosen without tracking.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

For all orders, all legal and applicable local customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties applied once the package reaches its destination country.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. Delays in customs are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any hold-ups or additional charges that may be applied.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered. There is a small window of time to change this after an order is placed. Please e-mail us immediately if you realize a mistake in your shipping address. We will do our best to accommodate the update if the order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

RETURNS

To request a return or replacement, you must e-mail us within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to return your package.
